Today S and I have been married for exactly one month, and I had originally planned on writing a lovey-dovey, gushing post about our wedding today, but it didn't feel right, not when I realized what day this month-a-versary would fall on. As we remember the tragedy that struck us all 6 years ago on this day. We will never forget the brave men and women who lost their lives on that day, my heart sincerely goes out to the families and loved ones of those whose lives were taken so unnecessarily. Our nations heart will forever ache from the loss.

CNN did a poll asking if Americans think we should start cutting back the amount of attention given towards the memory of 9-11. I was shocked that 50% thought we were over reacting years later. WHAT PLANET ARE THEY ON???? We should NEVER EVER forget that day and how the events changed our world. Shame on them for placing their vote to start showving this off as old news.
